Whenever I present or facilitate, I create a structure to work through. But I always trust myself to go ‘off-script’ if I feel there’s an opportunity to serve the room.
In the workbook we were working through I posed a question,
“What unique gifts have you been blessed with that can serve others?”
John (the managing director), shared that he struggles to see his own gifts.
And this is true for us all.
It can be hard to see your own gifts and superpowers.
We often take them for granted because they come so naturally to us.
But your hidden gifts are immensely valuable.
Here was the opportunity to go completely off-script.
Based on John’s valuable insight, I had the whole team reflect back to John what gifts and superpowers they saw in him.
