Hey Legend,
Our coffee machine has been playing up for the past 6+ months.
The steamer that froths the milk hasn’t been working properly. And only Kaci has the magic touch to get it to work!
I used to make most of the coffees in our household. But since the steamer started playing up, Kaci’s the only one who can do it.
We’ve been putting up with this inconvenience for far too long.
On Monday this week, enough was enough.
After not much sleep, and being up for 3 hours without breakfast or coffee – Kaci was having an EPIC battle with the steamer to make our coffees.
After much frustration, she finally succeeded in making our two oat cappuccinos.
But then disaster struck…
Kaci accidentally knocked my coffee off the kitchen bench.
It went everywhere!
All over the kitchen bench. All over the floor. All through the top drawer where the cutlery is kept. It looked like Arnold Schwarzenegger had just blown our kitchen up with a mini-gun like that scene from Terminator 2.
This was the final straw that broke the camels back.
Kaci immediately hunched over and broke down into tears. Poor thing. I gave her a massive hug and cleaned up the mess so she could enjoy her breakfast and coffee.
Seeing Kaci frustrated and upset finally kicked my procrastinating butt into action!
I finally took our coffee machine to get a birthday. It was so damn easy to do.
So why did we tolerate these pain points for so damn long?
