I fell into the online business world by accident.

 

When I first started my coaching business in 2019 I had no idea I would end up in the online space.

 

I used to drive to my clients homes to do face to face coaching sessions with them.

 

Ahhh the good ol’ days. 

 

Then in 2020, COVID hit…

 

That meant no more face to face coaching sessions.

 

While everyone was freaking out and pissed off they couldn’t leave the house, I was excited because I could stay home and work on building my business.

 

I’m a weirdo, I know.

 

I commemorated the moment by going to Harvey Norman and investing in a new desk and office chair.

COVID was my opportunity to double down on my business and make the switch to online coaching.

 

This meant:

It’s pretty crazy.

 

What started out as serving people in my local community has now expanded to working with clients internationally.

 

A mentor once told me – “Start Local, Build Global”. 

 

And that’s exactly what’s happened.

 

Online business has been the vehicle that’s allowed me to express myself creatively, build freedom and live life on my own terms.

 

 

If you want to start earning an income online then you must switch your mindset and behaviour from that of a ‘consumer’ of information to a ‘creator’ of information.  

 

We are ALL consumers of information. 

 

However, only a small percentage of people are creators.

 

Creators share their knowledge, skills and interests online to create value for consumers.

 

Consumers get educated and entertained. 

 

Creators get paid.

 

Right now I am sharing my knowledge and experience with you. 

 

In this scenario I am the creator, you are the consumer. 

 

If you want to start earning income online then I encourage you to become a ‘creator’ rather than just a ‘consumer’ – start creating value for others by sharing your gifts and interests.
